It might be old news to some of you, especially our American friends, but we’ve only just discovered Evernote. We’re impressed!
What is it?
Say you’re arranging a birthday party. You’ve seen an outfit you like and took a picture on your phone; you’ve found the perfect venue online so you’ve bookmarked the url on your iPad – then you saw a conversation on a forum about a reliable DJ, so you’ve taken a screengrab of it on your computer to remember their name. Of course, your friends are asking where to post your larger gifts to, so you tell them they can send them with P4D for only £6.99 and you want to share our url ;o) [Plug over.] Now you have all these bits and pieces of information in various formats on various different devices – what do you do with them?
You download Evernote. For free.
Keep all your electronic notes in one place and share them with others.
Case study
We think it’s brilliant, and it’s no surprise people are talking a lot about it. Here we share one of their stories we thought particularly good. If Evernote becomes a great hit for parcel delivery and pallet delivery services, perhaps we’ll make our own video diary one day :o)
