As of 1 January 2012 P4D has teamed up with collectmyparcel.com (CMP) to fulfill their orders directly. Having already worked in close partnership with CMP, these customers will see little change, with P4D offering the same quick and easy online booking process, low parcel delivery prices, and a customer service team working 8.30am-6pm Monday-Thursday (4.30pm on Friday) with emails to customers@p4d.co.uk monitored out of hours. All the staff at both CMP and P4D will help with any questions you may have.

This change has been made in response to a substantial price increase from DHL for international parcel delivery services. This increase will be the same whether your book directly with DHL or book through a reseller like us or CMP. P4D offers services from many different courier companies as an alternative to simply paying more. Therefore, CMP customers can continue to benefit through P4D from the same low prices they have been used to for an international courier service.

How to get started

  • You can now book your parcel delivery directly through www.P4D.co.uk instead of via collectmyparcel.com. First, register for a P4D account and make sure you select “collectmyparcel.com” at “How did you hear about us?”, so we know it’s you.
  • If you’re sending in the region of 200 parcels a week, you may qualify for a P4D Pro account, which means your rates could come down further still. Read more at P4D Pro and if you’d like to apply, make sure you tell us on the form that you came from CMP.
