It seems ‘old timers’ might soon be an old expression as far as the Internet’s concerned. Nick Thompson, Director of KC (broadband provider), says more and more Silver Surfers (over 60) are taking to the World Wide Web to shop and bank online. He predicts “we may see a shift as older surfers continue to grow in number”.
It’s great to know more and more people of every generation are embracing new technologies that allow greater choice and flexibility in the retail arena, as is our own slogan for the online parcel delivery booking process: Save time, Save money.
