Vacancy: Customer Service Representative
Banbury, Oxfordshire
P4D is expanding and on the look-out for a customer service representative. You’ll be fast, efficient, proactive, and work well as part of a small(ish) team. The position is full time Monday-Friday with the option to work extra hours evenings and weekends from home. Hours in the office are between 8.30-6pm on a rota. You’ll be responsible for fielding out customer service emails to relevant members of the team as well as dealing with them directly yourself, and you’ll also be picking up the phone during office hours.
You’ll need to know your way around a Mac or PC and be comfortable learning new technical systems. Workload can be demanding and a positive attitude is key, since you’ll be working with a dedicated, friendly bunch of people who work closely together to make P4D the success it is today.
