Am I covered against loss or damage?

 

We understand that customers want reassurance for their parcels, which is why we automatically provide cover of up to £50 on each parcel and it doesn't cost you a penny.

If you're sending an expensive item or need more cover than we provide, simply top up the amount. After you've entered the collection and delivery details for your parcel, you'll be given the option to add:

  • £100 extra cover for £2
  • £250 extra cover for £5 
  • £500 extra cover for £10 
  • £750 extra cover for £15 
  • £1,000 extra cover for £20

Extra cover is not provided as well as free cover.

You are covered up to, but not exceeding the value of the goods.

You will not be covered for prohibited items under any circumstances.

If there is a problem with your delivery, we strongly advise that you read our advice on delayed, lost, part lost, and damaged parcels. Otherwise, email customers@P4D.co.uk with your order number(s). If you sent more than one parcel with your order, please also let us have you tracking number, which can also be found on the order confirmation email.
