How can I help the driver find my parcel?

Drivers for courier services are extremely busy people, darting around the country from one place to the next trying to make sure everybody's parcels are collected on time and get straight on their way for delivery. They can't know the access details for every property and leaving notes asking them to go round the back, down the steps, and in to the cellar to find you and your parcel simply won't help them provide you with an efficient service!

Most drivers will not take a parcel if there is not somebody at the collection address to hand it to them in person. This is because the wrong parcel may be taken in error, for example. If needs be, arrange to have your parcel collected from a different address.
