What do I do if my parcel isn't collected?

 

Most courier companies work until at least 5.30pm, so don't panic if your parcel is not collected before then. In fact, many courier companies work much later than this in to the evening, so because of this, we can't investigate until the next working day, should the driver not collect.

If your parcel has not been collected by the end of the day, email customers@P4D.co.uk with your order number, name and phone number and we will find out for you what happened. Often, the driver has been and left a card and it is rare they just don't show. Our offices open at 8.30am if you prefer to phone.
