What do I do with a heavy item or bulk delivery?

Drivers working for courier companies are not expected to lift heavy items on to the van for delivery. This is in line with health and safety requirements and generally respectful of their wellbeing, so if you have a heavy or large item you should put it on a pallet ready for the driver to load this in to the van without injuring themselves.
