Will the delivery driver phone me if there's a problem?
You might be surprised to hear that most drivers for courier companies do not have mobile phones. This means that they can't phone you if there is a problem en-route or if they get no answer from the doorbell.
We appreciate this is frustrating, but many courier firms are now embracing new technologies so that they can be in closer contact with their customers with things like text message alerts and satellite tracking of their vehicles.
