Q. What are your office hours?

Answer: Monday to Friday 08.30 to 16.30. Saturday & Sunday closed. These are the times we concentrate on a rapid response to queries, however, we do operate from our offices from 8.00 till 6.00 5 days a week.

Answer: You can pay using your credit/debit card or using your Paypal account.

Q. What are the maximum dimensions you allow of a parcel?

Answer: The size of your parcel will affect the cost of a delivery with a courier service. We offer several carrier services that all have different weight and dimension restrictions. Our quote and book system is highly sophisticated, it knows which service to offer you when you submit your parcels weight and dimensions. If a carrier we advertise is not displayed, that means they are unable to ship your item due to either size or weight.

Q. What is your telephone number?

Answer: Rapid response is what you (our valued client) and P4D desire. This makes an efficient service.
We are a 100% Internet Company. Email support is answered rapidly within normal office hours.

Telephone support really does slow down the response rate dramatically, which is the reason we do not offer a telephone service. Rest assured, if we needed to contact you by telephone, in an absolutely necessary situation, we will.

We also operate a LIVE CHAT system which can be found on our booking pages and is active during office hours.

Q. How do I qualify for a trade account?

Answer: All you need to do is register an account with P4D to obtain a 5% discount. Start using our service, then when you feel you are eligible to receive a further discount, send us an email requesting it with your registered email address attached. Customers who receive a further discount are generally shipping in excess of 50 parcels a week.

Q. Are you a registered company? What is your company registration number?

Answer: Yes we are an incorporated limited company registered as ABE1 Ltd t/a Parcels 4 Delivery. Reg No 5611952 England & Wales.

Q. Do you collect and deliver glass and ceramics?

Answer: Yes we can ship your glass and ceramic items, however they will not be insured against damage regardless of how well the item is packaged.

Q. I have a one off situation of 20 parcels that need to go to 20 separate addresses, can you offer me a discount?

Answer: Yes email us with as much information as possible, i.e. weight and dimensions of all the parcels, collection and delivery postcodes and we will come back to you with a quote. Any order with 10 or more parcels collected on the same day and we will be happy to arrange a discount.
