Newsletter February 2008Sent 8th February 2008 Dear P4D Customer, Faster booking & easier tracking with DHL As of last week, we are proud to say that we have a direct link between P4D's booking systems and DHL's collection depots. This means that if you arrange any shipments with DHL via our secure, robust online booking system you can be confident that your booking will go direct to the depot and then to the individual drivers. P4D's customers do not have to wait for DHL's processing centre to pass orders on. Thanks to the link-up between P4D and DHL, you can now get all your tracking information via our website. You don't need to go to the DHL website any longer. Simply enter your unique P4D number in our Track & Trace facility and you get up to date tracking information on your DHL orders. Tracking your deliveries is now even easier! No need to wait for confirmation emails - get your order details at the checkout We would like to pass on a huge thank you to those customers who let us know that our system was letting some of you down. You told us that your confirmation emails were getting lost and asked us to give you your order details on our website. And we have listened. Last month we upgraded our payment facilities so that you now see a 'confirmation screen', confirming your order numbers, invoices, shipping labels etc. The other benefit is that we receive your payment via our own secure (SSL certificate) system, using Paypal Pro's Express Checkout. So your payment is processed using a rapid, secure and trustworthy system and you get an immediate confirmation of your booking. Making our customer service even better I am delighted to tell you that our plans to expand our customer service team are progressing well and I look forward to introducing the existing and new team members to you in the near future. We are focused on customer service so we are always looking at new ways to improve life for you and make booking your collections even easier. As you may know, we do not provide telephone support because we are keen to make sure that all our customers' queries are answered rapidly and accurately by our skilled customer service team. So rather than keeping you hanging on the phone while we attend to someone else, we are committed to responding promptly to your emails, having first got all the information needed to answer your query. We often hear that our customers find P4D's customer service efficient, approachable and convenient and we hope that you do too.
