My HDNL UK was founded in 2005 but was formed on the basis of 90 years combined experience as the result of a merger of a range of different delivery companies. The two most significant among these were Business Express and Reality, the latter of which had formerly represented the delivery and logistics arm of the recently dissolved Littlewoods retail chain. It is now incorporated into the wider Shop Direct Group and provides transit services for the group's companies, such as the online operations of Woolworths, as well as a wide range of other third-party brands, including Amazon, Tesco Direct, The Book People and Virgin Wines, among many others. Typically, the Shop Direct brand has been based in the Midlands and North-West and now has its headquarters at Skyways House, situated in Speke, south Liverpool. There are also a number of other call centres, offices and depots across the UK.
