comment came from a customer when we had to apologise because
a carrier had let him down. (We have now negotiated a better
way of working with the carrier so our customers enjoy a much
higher standard of service):
“May I take this opportunity, to comment first on your
customer services, I cannot fault them. P4D always reply, and
refunds are processed quickly, and without trouble.
Please rebook my two outstanding collections for collection
(Tuesday 6th November) if possible.
I have had a few failed collections over the last few weeks,
but due to your excellent staff in customer services, I will
continue to use P4D to book my online collections.
