Yodel is one of the UK's largest delivery companies and has been around since 2010. It was formed when the Home Delivery Network bought Parcelpoint. Parcelpoint was the domestic 'Business to Business' and 'Business to Customer' sector of DHL Express (UK). The merging of these two established brands created Yodel, a company that possesses the expertise, connections and experience of both these brands. Yodel delivery offers experience and reputation in both B2B and B2C deliveries. As a modern brand Yodel are also committed to their corporate social responsibility policy and work to limit the environmental impact of their business activities.

    This is a documents service for papers only. Your documents must weigh 1.5kg or less when packaged and be 40cm x 30cm x 5cm or smaller in size.

    Package your documents in a cardboard envelope, not paper, so they can withstand transportation within a large courier network (?). Measure the dimensions for your envelope in the same way as you would measure a parcel, using 1cm for anything less than 1cm in size.

    The two-man service is not suitable for one-off bookings, but is a flexible and affordable service for any business regularly shipping bulky items that can't be shipped via a pallet service. Two Yodel XL couriers arrive to lift your items in to the van safely and securely, and upon delivery can assist with installation or other specialist requirements. Tailor-made to suit your needs it is suitable for delivery of white goods, brown goods, beds and mattresses, flat pack or rigid furniture, garden furniture, gym equipment and more.

    Yodel is one of the major delivery brands which customers can book through P4D. Any P4D customer who has booked a Yodel delivery will still benefit from all the same services as if they booked direct with Yodel. Yodel offer a range of key services including local courier services, Yodel Home and Yodel Business. Yodel Home is aimed at businesses that need products delivered to customers. Yodel offers a range of delivery windows specifically chosen to suit customer's needs. These include a before 10am slot.

    Yodel Delivery Service

    Recipients are able to easily rearrange a delivery time and this can even be achieved through an SMS service. Yodel also offers the collect+ service which involves sending up to ten parcels from a local store. Yodel DHL delivery operates a six day week and does not charge more for Saturday deliveries.

    Yodel also delivers worldwide and services include Yodel World Parcel, Yodel Euro Express Home and Priority Packet. Yodel also offers a tracking service although anything booked through the P4D website can also be tracked on P4d.com.

    Yodel offer a range of return and exchange services. Yodel can exchange products at the point of delivery to the customer. This can save costs and ensures your returned items get back to the warehouse as soon as possible.
