Package your documents in a cardboard envelope, not paper, so they can withstand transportation within a large courier network (?). Measure the dimensions for your envelope in the same way as you would measure a parcel, using 1cm for anything less than 1cm in size.

    About Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan is the largest country in the Caucasus region and straddles the region between Europe to the west and Asia to the east. The capital city is Baku and the population is around 9 million people. The major industries in Azerbaijan are related to the oil and gas industries. These account for the majority of export earnings and a network of companies offering related services has developed across the country.

Azerbaijan was part of the USSR until she gained independence in 1991. The famous Soviet era chess player, Gary Kasparov, was born in Baku in 1963. The country has a strong chess playing heritage and is the home of the youngest Grand Master in chess history, the 14 year old Teymur Rajabov.

In recent years the government of Azerbaijan has attempted to radically improve the environment in their country. The country is now home to many nature reserves and the annual national budget includes a sizable portion for the protection of the environment. As part of this drive the government has been keen to promote tourism and the country is now home to spas, health treatment resorts and religious retreats.

Temperatures across Azerbaijan vary during the year. In the colder months such as January the temporary barely exceeds zero. In the summer months the average maximum temperature reaches a very pleasant 28 degrees. One relatively well known attraction in Azerbaijan is the cave at Azykh. The scale is impressive – nearly 8,000 square meters in size.
