SpecialEffect uses specialised eye control technology as part of their work in helping people of all disabilities to play computer games. Isaac can't use a standard games controller with his hands, so here he's using his eyes to control the game:

Callum was left with a spinal injury that meant he was unable to use his hands to play computer games. SpecialEffect has made it possible for Callum to play again using his chin:
