Aside from the sort of goods that are illegal to post under any circumstances, such as illegal narcotics, weapons or live animals, there are some other restricted items that you may not send in your pallet delivery to the USA, these include:

Engines and car parts that HAVE NOT been properly drained and prepared, indecent or obscene material, flammable gases or radioactive materials, explosives or fireworks of any kind, and tobacco & e-cigarettes. As briefly explained above, the customs process for items entering the USA can be incredibly complicated as all the goods the country imports must be inspected by border staff. However, a good rule of thumb that we adhere to is to provide a detailed description of what you are sending, the value of the goods and the purpose for you sending them. A packing list is optional and accompanies the Commercial and Pro Forma Invoices, it details the specific contents of each package, including the goods you are sending and any protective layering you might have included.
Finally we also help our clients with the Certificate of Origin, this important international trade document certifies that your exported goods originate from a particular country.
