What are the stages of a parcel delivery? When ordering one of our parcel delivery services you will first need to calculate the size and weight of your package. To qualify for one of the cheaper rates, the length must be a maximum of 150cm and the volume a maximum of 0.23 cubic metres, for example, a parcel 70x60x50 would be 0.21 cubic metres. You will also need to choose when you want your parcel to be delivered from our range of service options.It is crucial to protect the items you are sending by packing them well. Wrap your items in bubble-wrap and use a strong box, make sure that the item is cushioned on all sides and perhaps use double walls on each side to prevent the item from touching the outer panels of the box where it could be damaged by tough handling. Seal the box with strong tape and once you have attached the label, take a photograph of it as proof that the packing was done correctly.Of course things can go wrong in transit which is why we automatically offer cover with each order to protect against your parcel being delayed, lost or damage
