We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

- We may use the information to improve our products and services
- Information you supply is passed onto the appropriate carrier in order for them to fullfil the courier service you requested

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your information we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Special note for online sellers

If you have integrated your P4D account with a trading site like eBay or Amazon, we electronically access your account with that trading site to download shipping information and delivery details. You give permission for this when you add the trading site as a source for your P4D account and confirmed the authorised connection during the integration process.

We do not need your trading site password and we cannot access your trading site account. Your P4D password and your trading site password should be different. Changing either your P4D or trading site password after becoming registered with P4D will not affect the link and you will still be able to download your shipping information.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file that asks permission to be placed on your computer's hard drive. Once you agree, the file is added and the cookie helps analyse web traffic or lets you know when you visit a particular site. Cookies allow web applications to respond to you as an individual. We use Google Analytics and other tracking system cookies to identify which of our pages are being used. This helps us analyse data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes.
