Tariff Code Lookup Tool

As of the 1st of January 2021, it is now a mandatory requirement to provide HS codes for international shipments.

At P4D we have developed this lookup tool to help you to search for a Harmonisation (or ‘HS’) Tariff Code, based on an item description and country of manufacture.

Tariff Codes are an internationally recognised standard which means your product items can easily be identified worldwide by all customs systems, regardless of language barriers.

Our lookup tool allows you to:

  • Easily and quickly search for your product item

  • Copy your code to the clipboard with a single click to paste it into your system or online shipment

  • Refine your tariff code by adding the country your item is shipping to

What makes up a Tariff Code?

Each tariff code is made up of a hierarchy of chapters, headings, and subheadings, and the length of the tariff code gets longer as you drill deeper into the hierarchy.
We have partnered with Zonos to provide accurate tariff codes to our customers. Check out their blog for more information.
